Would you work on our records at our premises or take them away ? Will you give me a quote for the job you are doing or do you charge by the hour ? What’s included in the price, will I have to pay any extras for completion of year end forms etc ? |

Would you work on our records at our premises or take them away ? It is usually easier to take the records away as this enables us to work on our desktop PCs with all our other hardware to hand (eg printer/copier etc) but in some cases it might not be so practical to remove records from your premises. In these cases we can come to you. |

If you only prepared year end accounts for me, how long could I expect to wait for the accounts after I had sent my records to you ? We always endeavour to work on your records as quickly as possible and return your records to you within 3 weeks if possible. The exception to this is in January when we are often very busy with tax return work. |

Can I be sure that you will not miss any of the filing deadlines thus avoid me having to pay late filing penalties ? Given reasonable notice we guarantee we will file all required forms before their deadline. Even if you only get your records or forms to us in the week before the deadline you can be assured that we will put 100% effort into trying to get it filed on time. |

Will you give me a quote for the job you are doing or do you charge by the hour ? Wherever possible we will try and give you a quote for the job. Obviously, this is not always possible and in these circumstances we will do our utmost to provide you with a reasonable estimate of the charge involved. To do this we will need to have a preliminary look through your existing records to get an idea of the work involved. This initial examination, like our initial meeting, will be free of charge. |

What’s included in the price, will I have to pay any extras for completion of year end forms etc ? Even though we are prepared to give quotes and upfront estimates of charges involved, we charge primarily on a time spent basis regardless of the work that we do for you. For this reason there is no extra to pay for the completion and submitting of year end forms/P11Ds/P45s etc. |
